This program will challenge your fitness level with continuous strength training and cardiovascular exercise. This is a 1 hour workout. Every day, every week a new workout is designed to challenge your fitness level, not allowing your body to plateau or become used to repetitive routines. Total FX Fitness is not your typical gym. You’ll find no fancy machines or treadmills. No spinning classes or zumba BUT our members are challenged each class though interval training, free weights and team challenges.
