What is TRX? TRX is suspension training using bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Be ready for TRX intervals combined with ground based cardio drills and various sports training tools such as the agility ladder.  We also introduce other training tools like Kettle bells and dumbbells.  Get ready to burn lots of calories and build up your muscle endurance.  Come and get your burn on.
