Stephanie Roberts and Sarah Brandow will be presenting a cooking class all on preparing a healthy well balanced plant based lunch for your children (school age or younger children). We will focus on:
- How to pack a perfect well balanced meal.
- The importance of nutrition and the benefits to your children.
- How to transition a child to eating more vegetables.
- How to involve your children in the kitchen
- Exercise and mental health
- Exercising as a family and the impact it has on our children.
